Abstract

The present article is product of an investigation, where approaches the evaluation from the perspective teachers that lost the Evaluation with Character Formative Diagnostic and that realized the course ECDF in the Catholic University of Pereira in 2017, with the purpose ofanalyzing the conceptions in two moments; one is before starting the course and at the end of it. The concept of evaluation is investigated. The study that is implemented is Mixed; The analysis unit is composed of 109 teachers enrolled in the PCU for the ECDF Course, which 72 stories were identified. When carrying out the analysis it is evident how there is a transformation in the conceptions of the teachers, in which the conceptions are taken into account before starting the course and losing the ECDF, and after finishing this training process and passing the ECDFcourse having consider the explicit and implicit theories.
