Abstract

The importance of leadership in education is considered of vital importance for the development of the academic and administrative processes that take place there. The study of the concept has been focused from different perspectives, which leads to theories and development of it from different angles. This article is part of the research work called "Relationship between educational leadership and school performance: review and analysis in the department of Bolivar" aims to make a conceptual review of the term in the field of education and present conceptual similarities for study and analysis.
