Abstract

A Model of Production of Educational Resources based on Design Thinking and guided by five phases is presented: explore, plan, prototyping, test and underway. It was conceived methodologically based on a conceptual support that arises from existing production models, instructional designs and the incorporation of the difference factor, which is design-oriented thinking, such as Design Thinking. Subsequently, the analysis of existing models was carried out, then related to the structure of the phases for the production of courses, videos and didactic units, until finally culminating with the process of implementation of this in a case study of the program of Systems engineer. The implementation of the model was carried out during the Introduction to Systems Engineering course of the Systems Engineering program at the University of Córdoba, observing the behavior of each phase of the model and the effect generated from the implementation on the main actors, especially in students and teachers with their interaction in the institutional LMS (Learning Management System). The process began with the implementation of the model for educational resources and purposes (courses, units, videos) proceeding with its visualization in the LMS (Learning Management System) platform and resulting in an organizational scheme of the topics to be covered, as well as providing an environment friendly to the user to whom the educational resource was intended.
