Design of a managerial component to support customer relationship decision-making in the company Guter Technology

The objective of this research was to design a management component to support customer relationships at Guter Technology, using the component methodology proposed by Kenneth Laudon. Through the investigation, shortcomings in the relationship with the client were identified and business processes based on the company's activities were obtained. This component will improve current customer market strengthening campaigns and focus efforts on customers with higher sales flows.
