FCardio: Sistema web asistido por IA para la generación de perfiles y sugerencias de entrenamiento cardiovascular

Resumen

Este trabajo describe el desarrollo de FCardio, un sistema web piloto diseñado como una herramienta informativa para la planificación del bienestar de las personas. La plataforma utiliza algoritmos de IA para procesar métricas de bienestar ingresadas por el usuario, como la frecuencia cardíaca en reposo y la edad, con el fin de generar sugerencias sobre zonas de entrenamiento. El sistema ofrece ideas ajustadas al perfil del usuario, proponiendo una clasificación de su estado físico general mediante un modelo basado en la API de Gemini. Es crucial destacar que FCardio no es una herramienta médica y sus recomendaciones no reemplazan la asistencia médica; la responsabilidad de su uso recae enteramente en el usuario. La solución busca permitir a los usuarios explorar su progreso y tomar decisiones sobre su rutina de ejercicios. Se realizo una prueba de usabilidad con 20 participantes, se obtuvo un 90 % de satisfacción respecto a la claridad de las sugerencias. FCardio se presenta como un ejercicio técnico en la convergencia entre tecnología, inteligencia artificial y el bienestar personal.
